Repair Synopsis

Not exactly sure what's wrong with your phone? With our diagnostic service you can send your phone to us and have one of our skilled technicians determine what the problem is. During our diagnositc we will run multiple tests on your phone to determine any and all issues you may be experiencing. Once our tests are complete we will contact you with our findings and what the cost will be. There is no obligation with this service.

If you approve the charges we will move forward with the repairs.  If you decline the repairs we offer you two options.  Either we can send back your phone or we may offer to buy your phone and take it off your hands!
