Repair Synopsis

Not sure exactly what is wrong with your iPod? With our diagnostic service you can send your device to us and have one of our skilled technicians determine what the problem is. During our diagnositc we will run multiple tests on your iPod to determine any and all issues you may be experiencing. Once our tests are complete we will call you with our findings and what the cost will be. There is no obligation with this service.

If you approve the charges we will move forward with the repairs.  If you decline the repairs we offer you two options.  Either we can send back your iPod or we may offer to buy it and take it off your hands!
